Operations Manager: Brianna Holmes, CPP

Brianna Holmes brings to the team over 10 years of Customer Service, and Payroll Implementation expertise.  Brianna’s extensive knowledge of the industry enables her to implement policies and focus on tailoring payroll processing solutions that are best suited for our clients’ needs.  

 In July of 2009 Brianna completed successfully achieved The Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.  The Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is an exam-based payroll certification attained by individuals who possess a high level of professional competency through both the acquisition of knowledge and direct payroll experience.

Priority One Payroll, a Ballston Spa NY based Payroll and Tax Service has recently hired Diana Kelly as Customer Service Specialist.  Diana brings over 6 years of payroll experience and over 10 years of customer service expertise with her to Priority One Payroll.  In her new position, Diana will be involved with all aspects of the payroll processing functions.    Diana’s extensive knowledge of the industry enables her to implement policies and focus on tailoring payroll processing solutions that are best suited for our clients’ needs.

Prior to her new position, Diana was a Payroll Specialist with Northeastern Data Processing (NDP), and Manager of Programs & Member Outreach with the Adirondack Chamber of Commerce in Glens Falls.
